With over 30 years of experience, Jim McGrane is a veteran of the business of equipment leasing. In addition to co-founding USXL and leading Tygris Vendor Finance, Jim has held leadership roles with such industry standouts as US Leasing, AT&T Capital, and Heller Financial. As Group President of Heller Global Vendor Finance, Jim was responsible for running the company’s activities in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Jim is no stranger to building successful businesses, having launched AT&T's CapitaPlus business—later sold to American Express—and two successful management consulting practices. His expertise spans sales and marketing, business process and organization design, business development, and global relationship-building.
Currently a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association’s board of directors and executive committee, he also previously served as Chairman of the Small Ticket Business Council. Jim is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology.
