Capital Markets—Begin a mutually beneficial relationship today.

With an interest in long-term relationships, the EverBank Commercial Finance Capital Markets team buys and sells transactions and portfolios to help our clients manage risk and increase profitability. We deliver a quick and consistent process, competitive terms and pricing. Our portfolio management products include:

Syndications:

We sell transactions either on a one-off basis or in a portfolio sale to our investor partners to manage exposure and maximize funding capacity for our vendors. Servicing is retained by EverBank Commercial Finance. For more information on syndications, contact Email Tom Pagano at 866.879.8795, Ext. 642.

Lease and Portfolio Acquisitions:

We buy single transactions or portfolios on a non-recourse basis to better diversify our portfolio. EverBank Commercial Finance will either assume the billing and collecting activities itself or allow the seller to retain servicing.

Preferred profile:

  • Transaction sizes from $250,000 up to $10 million
  • Large corporate or strong middle-market credits (BB and equivalent or better)
  • Typical tenors from 3 to 7 years
  • Public or private companies
  • U.S. transactions only
  • Finance/capital leases, FMV leases or loans
For more information on lease and portfolio acquisitions, contact Email Tom Ficca at 866.879.8795, Ext. 561.
